This road book, last link of our great crossing of France from North to South since the Belgian border, will make you discover, on 450 kilometers, regions presenting a rich cultural and gastronomic heritage. We propose you to discover the bastides and castles of Guyenne and Gascony, the palombières of the Pyrenean foothills, to taste (with moderation) the wines of Buzet, the floc of Gascony, the Armagnac, the Tursan and to finish the Irouléguy without forgetting the delicious foie gras, the prunes and the cheeses of ewe of Iraty notably. All this on the steps of the pilgrims on their way to Saint Jacques de Compostelle.
